I am very disappointed that this area store does not have the peapod delivery service :o( I enjoyed this service from Giant Food Stores in other area I lived - too disappointed. I would like to see this store expand - it is too crowded, aisles are small - they should consider expanding and including a place for a brief sit down quality meal. I love shopping at Giant in the Philadelphia suburbs - some of the stores have gas station service, however I see the problem with this area because of the WaWa and BJs, but is another option because the nearest gas stations are a mile or two down the major highway 235. Find what is going on in other areas, and expand - I like your quality which is why I shop there I dont mind paying extra - but its not somewhere I would like to spend time browsing, and slowing shopping. I go in and get out as fast as I can. Good Luck! I hate WalMart shopping.

I complimented an employee on how friendly and the good service she has always given since Ive been coming there to a store manager and all he said was, "Thats her job". That didnt set well with me, because as an employee, yes it is your job, but when a customer compliments and employee that says a lot about that employees communication with the customers. That manager to me did not show his appreciation for someone who represents Giant. Because of people like Ms. Joyce I rate Giant at a 41/2. That managers answer was not an answer well deserving of the people who represent him as well as the store.

Every time I visit my local BJ store, Im always welcome to the minute I walk in the door. And as I shop once in awhile and employee asked me if I need help finding something. When its time for me to check out there is always only available not like Walmart or you have to sit and wait for 20 minutes to be checked out period and its not because BJ is not busy its because BJ notices when there are many customers that need to be serviced they open up a lane to have those customers serviced.

The produce is hit or miss. Double check for mold. Staff is friendly. Checkout lines tend to build up and they do not open extra lines so sometimes youll stand in line looking at other unopened registers. Miss Joyce is super nice. Every store needs workers like her. The gas points are a bonus.

The place is crazy! I waited in line at customer service for a long time with nobody to care to help me with sevice. I decided to walk out and spend my money else where. Ill never give my business to Giant again.

It always smells like bad seafood. The milk and natural foods aisle is always being restocked, so its impossible to get through. There are a few items I can only find here, so I have to go occasionally.
