I went to Venus Bridal looking for BMs dresses. I found a dress that was gorgeous for my BMs. Zachy (who I believe is the owner) measured 4 out of my 7 BMs. The 4 girls who were sized by her were then charged an additional $130 (the dress was $170) for alterations, their dresses were all HUGE, not just an inch or 2 big, literally falling off of them. My other 3 girls who were not sized by Zachy but ordered the dress through Venus Bridal only had to have minor alterations. I called to voice my concerns to Zachy because although I understand the dress is ordered based on your biggest measurement, no part of the dress fit! The fact that 4 out of the 4 she measured received dresses that didnt even come close to fitting was very upsetting to me. Zachy then told me that she knows my type and that people like me are always looking for discounts. I found this very offensive besides the fact it is untrue, I didnt order my dress there so what money does she think Id be saving myself???!!! I give Venus Bridal a one star because the dresses did come in on time, however I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.

I am not going to lie, I was a little hesitant at first about using Venus Bridal because I had read mixed reviews, but you really have to experience it for yourself. I had such a wonderful experience my entire time working with this awesome boutique and they helped me find the perfect dress for me. I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted, which honestly didn’t take too many before I found the one that took my breath away. The young girl who helped me that day was extremely sweet and made the experience such a pleasure. I believe the owner is also the seamstress and she was such a doll. I was very pleased that she listened to every detail that I wanted and made my dress absolutely perfect! I will say the alterations seemed a little pricey at first, but I was very thankful that I was only charged once and that she kept making alterations until my dress was what I considered to be perfect. I highly recommend to all new brides to give this place a shot. They have such a unique and beautiful selection to choose from and everyone there was such a pleasure to work with.

This is a smaller bridal salon, but there is a nice selection of gowns by good designers. The service is okay, no one was pushy or domineering and they did allow me to browse the gowns on my own. Although I did not find my dream gown here, they definitely had beautiful dresses and there were some in decent price ranges (under $1000.00). They also have bridesmaid and prom dresses here. The only thing I found odd was that the store was supposed to open at 10am, and I was waiting outside until ten minutes after ten when the staff showed up. To be fair, I did not have an appointment, but I was also waiting with another bride-to-be who did. I work in sales myself, and it seemed unprofessional to me to show up when youre supposed to open- I would think you should get there at least 15 minutes early to prepare for the day.

I would recommend Venus Bridal to any bride. From the moment I first walked into their store I receive personal one-on-one attention. They listened to what I was looking for and treated my family like their family. I absolutely loved my dress and it was even under my limited budget. I also ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses there, which I wasnt planning, but my girls loved the dress and I received so many compliments about how nice they were. They also continued to alter my dress until it was perfect and helped me top off my look with gorgeous pair of earings. Im not always the most decisive person and their staff gave me confidence in my decisions. I really was treated like family and just cant say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Venus Bridal.

My experience was absolutely terrible. Alterations were ruined; there was no attempt to try to make things better. Instead, I was blamed for picking a dress that was wrong for my shape, and my sister was blamed for talking me out of wearing the dress when it was clearly not something I could walk down the aisle in. I still had to pay full price for the dress, and they refused to meet me half way so that I had some options since this was less than a month before the wedding. The worst part about it was that at every fitting leading up to the last one, I was promised it would be "perfect."

I showed up right before their closing time, they not only welcome me come in, but stayed almost an extra hour to help me. Shabnam is the consultant that helped me trying on ~15 dresses. She is very friendly, very good at listening to my opinion, very fast at helping me trying on dresses. Best of all, she is not pushy towards a sale. I liked two of the dresses very much, she just wrote them down and put them in a file, so when I do go back, they can quickly pull them out for me. Overall, a great experience!!!

The salesperson was very friendly and listened to the style I wanted. She asked my budget so she could point out where the dresses were that I could afford. She let me browse the dresses and set them up in the dressing room. She helped me get dressed too, which was helpful. There was a huge selection for a private bridal salon. It was definitely worth going in. I found my gown as well as the gowns for the girls.

I went here after having bad experiences at both Davids Bridal and Alfred Angleo and was very pleasantly surprised. Linda helped me and she was awesome! Took the time to help me find dresses that fit my style and budget, even siggesting I try a briodesmaids dress since they are on the less expensive side. I found exactly what I wanted and will be going back in a couple weeks to order it!

I cant say enough about my experience at Venus bridal!! I just left and yes I found my dress. Sevda is fabulous!!! She was so helpful and very professional. Sales consultant was extremely nice, an older lady but unfortunately I forget her name! I didnt find my dress at Venus because everything they had was a bit too ruched or embellished for me but they did have a wide selection and seemed in an affordable price range. Carried lots of bridesmaids dresses as well.

I fell in love with a sample dress at this shop but they would not work with me to fit it in my budget. The lady was rude and told me to get a second job to afford it. I found the dress I loved somewhere else and they worked with me on my budget! Dont go there unless you have a lot of money.

The sales staff was helpful and knowledgable. They organize their dresses by price which was very helpful. The selection wasnt huge but they are willing to order you anything you want. I did not find my dress here but I would recommend looking, you may get lucky!
