Was a Verizon customer changed to sprint but didnt have other phones that I needed to transfer over so only did mine. Rep told me I could come back in to transfer other numbers and phones over when I could get them together. He didnt exactly explain everything to me bc was with another family member and by time he got to me bc I wasnt planning on switching until I inquired, he just didnt seem into helping me.

I was with Metro pcs terrible service until I decide to switch to Sprint, my experience at the store was great, the rep (she) was very helpful and patience showing me how use the phone and explain in details my new bill, very happy with my new phone and service.
