I had an encounter at this store and to say this least it was very unpleasant. The tech I spoke with was an African American male and came off extremely rude, and unhelpful. I had navigation problems with my i phone, I asked the guy for help his first response was "Well where are you trying to go?" The conversation got more intense as he got frustrated from not wanting to help. The store manager came to his rescue, and she too was unhelpful. I actually put in a complaint letter to corporate in regards to my experience. I would never again visit this store even if it was my last resort. They kept my phone for a hour and the problem still wasnt fixed. I believe the employees talked negative about me because every time I came back in the store they laughed. These employees do not care about their customers at all. If I rated them a negative 10 I would. If you need to go a sprint store in Baltimore, go to the one on Pulaski highway. They have employees who actually appreciate their customers and your business with Sprint.

This retail store is located in the mall on Level 2. It is small, yet spacious and clean. The sales associates are friendly, and they want to help you find the right smartphone and plan. The available selections of smartphones and mobile accessories are good, but could be better. I do not believe this location offers in-store repair services.

Horrible service rude AF you might as well do the entire interactions by yourself (mute) will sell you defective products dont let any of them put on a screen protector and the worst of all they tell me to come in and get a case half off when they get more in but wanna play like he dont know me when I come back
