The staff and mostly the closing Manger and his friend waiting for him to get off were so disrespectful for some reasion the store in essex gets to make there own hours for when they close at 9:45pm the Manger was at the door saying they were closed when time on door said 10pm. We got to stuff we needed and the time it took for lady to ring us up the Manger stood there telling us they leave to go home at 10pm that means they need to close when they feel the need to. Then on the walk out the boy that was waiting for the Manger decided he was going to get out and start to put his 2 cents. Will most likely go somewhere else till they get people who know how to be respectful to customers.

Its convenient because I live right down the street so I would go there to get basic house essentials... laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. However, this store NEVER has the products which I love using, especially when they are on sale. NEVER GO ON THE WEEKEND! They are usually out of EVERYTHING!

Black Warning

Very crowded, unorganized store. Check out is slow and the receipt register was messed up. My receipt was nothing but smears. Shelves empty in spots and disheveled in others.
