5 star sales reps but terrible management. Friendly sales staff, worked with Justin he was great after an awful experience with his manager. First the Manager who "was in charge of running the floor correctly" wouldnt acknowledge customers as they came in. People had to seek out her or someone to check in, we started by asking her to help us check in she said hang on and never came back. We later saw someone else checking in ahead of us with another sales rep so we had to seek the rep out and he politely added us to the list and put us in the correct place in line. She also couldnt understand the concept of a waitlist. With 8 people waiting in line, the manager chose to chat with a random person for almost 30 mins. When asked if she would help people in line she was rude and claimed she was troubleshooting. Guess what, 8 more people also needed troubleshooting that were patiently waiting for an hour or more. We didnt get her name but the manager was working the afternoon of Sunday Nov 6th.

While vacationing in Ithaca over Fourth of July weekend, I discovered fraudulent activity on my account. Despite having to make two trips to the AT&T store in Ithaca, Chris and Eric went above and beyond to protect my identity and remove the unauthorized users. They took the initiative to work with the fraud and tech support departments so that I did not have to. While still a frustrating situation to have to deal with, they did everything they could to make it as simple as possible. Highly recommend this location for its customer support.

Mediocre service. I went to this location to buy a new sim card for my iPhone. The agent took the initiative to setup my iPhone as new, flipping through and making choices along. He assured me that I could update my preferences later. After I downloaded all of my apps I realized that you could only do the data transfer from android at the beginning of the setup process. I had to start over. Recommendation: dont let them set up your phone.

After talking about one hour with at&t customer service for transfer of responsibility, they told me you are good to go to their office and everything would be Ok! However, it seems nothing was done ! Their responses was not satisfying. After 2 and half year being a valued at&t customer they offered prepaid plan! I was shocked. This was not the one I was waiting for.

Ive been a customer since 1997 and they were called Cingular one! It speaks volumes...always great customer service,always ready to make you happy! One time a manager gave me her personal charger bc mine had a loose wire and they were out of stock with the kind I needed! How cool is THAT!?

Chris the ASSISTANT manager apparently is terrible! He cant get his stories start and just keeps apologizing which is getting real old because every month hes caused an issue. Youre better going to Verizon then deal with Chriss lies.
