The guys are nice, especially Anthony he goes out of his way to help, very patient and courteous. The lady, not so much she is rude, slow and does not want to do any extra step (like calling to see why the coupon doesnt work....turned out she did not know how to put it in, so before I go I call to see if she is the one there)
