I went into the store with a very positive attitude. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and have never missed a payment. I still have the phone I got 4 years ago and its starting to show signs of old age so I figured Id upgrade. The guy across the counter starts showing me new phone and telling me that on top of what Ive already been paying itll cost me $30 more a month. Then he tells me that because I didnt upgrade after 2 years Ive been overcharged every month for the last year and several months. He said the equivalent of "sucks to be you" saying that all that overcharged money was gone and I had to pay full price ON TOP of a charge which was already priced for a (at the time) new phone. He blamed me for not coming in to review my plan, laughed at me for paying more than I was supposed to and told me that if I wanted to change carriers to "be his guest". James, the salesman, obviously didnt care at all if I stayed or not with Sprint. After four years of never missing a payment and being blatantly overcharged (paying for a phone that had already been paid off) Sprint has no regard towards its customer. I will recommend everyone I know to not sign up with Sprint, and I will be changing carriers shortly.

Worst service ever! Didnt even get service, had to leave due to no organization at all. I walk into the store and two males are the only ones working, both are servicing women on their phones. Four customers are sitting and havent even been talked to yet let alone said hello to! I find out from some of the customers that they have been waiting 30+ minutes without a word said to them. One of sprint workers was openly flirting with the customer and the other was just having a friendly conversation with the other female customer about food! It wasnt until I made hard eye contact with one of the sprint worker that they ended their conversations and started helping others and bring out a waiting list for sitting customers. Worst sprint service store ever!

First of all, Sprint Thimble Shoals employees are the best. Me and my spouse had several issues with our phones from June 2016 to July 2017. We took our cell phones to several Sprint stores in the Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. A few times issues were taken care of after Sprint agents decided not to hurry us for next guest or they didnt have the answers. However every time we drove from Chesapeake to Newport News and presented the same identical issues/problems, there was always a resolve. Always. Hats and kudos to a fabulous representative, Andrea Reed and the 11A.M. crew who were present July 12, 2017. Waverly &Margo.

I went into this store expecting the worse from the reviews, but I was wrong! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even the manager was on the floor at all times helping customers. It was busy and they still took the time to help each person from what I saw. Ill always go back to this store if I want to buy anything or get help.

Only bad part no service or repair. They are willing to help identify whats wrong or help you with the purchase of a new product. The guyi spoke to was well versed in all things to the point where he was constantly interruptesd to answer others questions. But in my opinion a way better store than hampton.

This is my favorite Sprint Store to visit, not only have I received the best customer service, they have been able to assist me with fixing my phone when it started to act up, and help me with questions with my bills. I would recommend this store to everyone for their Sprint needs! Keep up the great work!!

Everyone in the store was very friendly and professional. Everything that I needed done was completed quickly and efficiently. The staff was extremely helpful with every question I had and I could not have been happier with the service. This is by far the best sprint store I have ever been in.

Service is horrible I been there for more that an hour just to pay a bill and from what I see you have to have connections there in order to get help a guy came after me and got help first. I am strongly thinking on change my provider. go there if you really want to waste your time.

Was sent here from another sprint store that doesnt fix phones. Got here to find out it was a simple setting the other guy should have been able to fix and save me the drive. This store fixed some things I didnt know were set up wrong on my phone. Ill just start here next time.

My favorite sprint store! The staff is awesome and very friendly! They got to the bottom of the problem with my phone and Im so happy now! I thought I was going to lose everything in my phone but luckily they were able to save everything for me! Great people!

I visited the Sprint store today and the manager Joel was very helpful and taking care of my need. He was very polite and has very good customer service. With no hasitation he fixed exactly what I needed. I would recomend him to anyone.

They hooked me up with the iPhone 6s Plus. In & out! I was in a rush and they were fast the staff was super nice!! Going back next week to add a free tablet to my plan next week! This is the only sprint Ill visit.
