I have been to this store twice and their selections of phones are very small. I went with my mom when she wanted to upgrade and they didnt have the Android phone she wanted (she wanted to actually see and hold the phone before buying). This past weekend I went to decide between two Android phones and they didnt have one of them. I intend to upgrade on the website, but I also wanted to find out more about AT&Ts student discounts. It was hard to hear the sales girl over the loud music and no one seemed to know much about even how to find the student discount information. Next time I will go to either Park City or York Galleria (my hometown) where they have a bigger phone selection.

I was told that my phone for new service would be $225 out the door after they transferred my phone number its now $400 I didnt have the money and had to cancel everything and went back to the store a week later and they opened a new account and finally got service since they didnt know how to quote somebody. Over a year later I get a bill from Att collections for $600 for a phone I never received they want to double charge me I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE and thats why I Never Go to a CORPORATE STORE.

I came into the store with a billing inquiry and received horrible customer service by a female employee. She was completely dismissive in my request for assistance besides giving me a phone number to call (which was incorrect also). She did not let me explain my situation fully and was rude and unprofessional in general. I recommend a more comprehensive approach to helping customers with questions than instructions to "do-it-yourself" in a dismissive tone.

If there was a zero they deffinatly deserve it. Waited a hour in queue while employees messed around clearly not doing their job. Others jumped ahead not sure why seeing as I was texted next in line and waited another 25 min. Id say make sure you have plenty of time if you plan to visit this location

Very pleased first time Ive ever been to at&t they showed me every option very helpful, worked hard to get me in to a phone plan Im happy with very very pleased after trying Verizon,sprint,boost,virgin,pageplus and have to say I very convinced with at&t and this store that they are the best !!!
