Went there for a couch bought one that was discounted from what they told us was because someone bought it couldnt fit it through their door and brought it back then after getting it home digging through the cushions we find all kinds of dog hair and trash!!! Be very cautious of what you buy and dont believe what they tell you

Ive always liked Big Lots. They have a good variety of things and are usually pretty cheap. But the reason for the 4 stars is because I thought the prices here were a little high. The 3 employees we talked to were very friendly and helpful.

Prices are good. Selection is good. Its chaotic, hard to get staffs attention, dirty and the lines take FOREVER. I only go for a sale on an item I really need.

Terrible customer service. Managers stand around while one lane is open with a massive line. I would rather go to Walmart where i can at least ring myself up.

We dont get here often but there are usually some good deals to be had. Mostly no name, off brand and/or "cheap" items. We never walk out empty handed.

The selection is ok, and the prices are a little lower than Walmart. You just have to dig through stuff to find what you are looking for.
