My husband and I visited this hobby lobby on Thursday(4 days ago). As soon as we got up to the cashier named Agnes, she started treating us like garbage. We brought up a picture frame and she started yelling that it wasnt on sale... We NEVER said anything about it being on sale. For some reason she decided she didnt like us as soon as we walked up to her. We LOVE hobby lobby and this was our first experience with a horrible employee. Usually hobby lobby employees are so sweet but this one wasnt!! :(

I love when theres a 50% off sign pointing directly to an item and then I take it up to the register for the cashier to say "you know this isnt 50% off". Then if it isnt 50% off, take it out of the 50% off section. Not the first time this has happened either. Stop trying to screw people over

This store has a little bit of everything. Its hard to find items if you go in there with a very specific idea of what you want, but if you keep an open mind and just wander, youll almost always find a gift or craft for whomever youre shopping.

I love the store and shop here often. Many times it is very busy and there is only one register open. They usually call for help when they see a big line but often I have to wait 15 minutes to be checked out.
