I came here with an item that needed to be returned. I said to DAN at the counter, "I need a box and a bag for these...I have the shipping label." He told told me yes, then took the box away to return with a sealed package. I asked about the bag...the store does not have protective bags!! Liar? Instead of selling me a shipping box, he charged me extra for "packaging" and peanuts, which I DID NOT NEED AND NEVER ASKED FOR. I did not expect the swindle, and asked for him to return my item to me. He proceeded to tell me that the box was his, and refused to give it back. What is a sixteen year old girl supposed to do in this situation? I was bullied into paying for something I should not have...I asked to speak with the owner. Guess what? DAN IS THE OWNER. DAN HAS THE OPTION TO OFFER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT CHOOSES NOT TO. I HAVE LIVED IN THE BAY HILLS AREA FOR TEN YEARS. THIS GUY SUCKS. I asked about the corporate office, and then he said "YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE, YOU CALL THEM, THIS BOX IS MINE." This is no longer my UPS location.

This place is the worst place you could go to do anything. The owner overcharges for everything and has a minimum charge for credit card purchases. My friend sent a fax there, then had to buy a screwdriver so he could use his credit card. I tried to buy a book of stamps there and it cost $10.35...they try to profit on stamps! If you need to send any packages DO NOT GO HERE, they will overcharge you dramatically...and if you dont have cash youre in serious trouble. The owner of this establishment does not know how to handle business appropriately and is so stingy with money that he inconveniences his customers.

This store is great, and the owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Im guessing Lauren doesnt ship much - boxes arent free unless you use the expedited (overnight) services provided by UPS themselves. If you dont have a box, you either purchase one or you recycle one. But to say the owner is swindling you because you dont want to pay for a product is false! Ive never had any type of bad customer service here, but any store can definitely get bad customers! I feel bad when people who are clearly wrong try to blame it on someone else :(

My only guess is that Lauren and "A Google User" are misinformed. Dan and his team are the nicest, most knowledgeable team Ive ever seen at any UPS/FEDEX/USPS store. Of course he has to make a profit, hes not running a charity. Ill happily pay more for a superior level of service. Some people will just never be happy...so they write about it online. Ignore the idiots and go to this store. Other stores are closer, but I drive out of my way to go there, simply because they make the process easier; every single time.

Dan has always been pleasant when I conduct my business here. Of course the prices are a bit more they are NOT the Post Office; a govt run entity. Small businesses cant be expected to compete with govt agencies. But, they are crucial to our economy. Maybe we can get China to do our shipping and mailing as well. How would you like that? American jobs
