I told Candice I was not going to write a review because I love that I can go into this store, and not have to wait for service. But I guess thats selfish. Iv bought 2 phones from this store and I even trust them to review my contract and make changes (I always have my guard up when it comes to changing my contract... you know how it is). Today I went into this store because my iPhone sadly encountered water. It was sad. The reps Candice and Ernie were very helpful with my options of how to fix my situation. Im now on my "un" waterlogged phone writing this review. I know when I go in there, Ill get fast reliable service and I dont walk out feeling like I got "sold". Also, on a side note, I got great local dinner recommendations while I was there.

A total clown show. Nice folks, and I dont know if problems were AT&T or theirs. Had old phone unlocked, and found my service had been terminated! Later, tried to buy new iPhone etc. Wrong phone came it, discovered my me, not them. After a few days, they sent me to Annapolis location to get phone, etc. Again a screwup. I cancelled order but two weeks later AT&T says they/CellComm must correct bill to reflect the fact that I did NOT get phone. Sad.

Im solely writing this review for the incredible customer service I received from Haley, the wireless specialist. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and so friendly. She made a confusing process so smooth and I appreciated her help tremendously. Thank you Haley!!!

not overly impressed. phone would not download from google play. they could not figure it out. had to reset phone, now I lost contacts.
