The salon is kid friendly with age appropriate music, games and television shows playing. However, we had a bad experience with stylist DeShawn. My daughter complained that the water was too hot. DeShawn did not change the temperature. My daughter complained that the blow drier was too hot and DeShawn did not make it cooler. Another stylist suggested that DaShawn pre-dry my daughter under the drier. DaShawn stated that she didnt have time because, she needed to get to her second job. My daughter complained that the stylist was hurting her head. DeShawn continued to braid my daughters hair too tight. I was standing there with my daughter holding her head down and holding the braids to lessen the pain. DeShawn was more concerned about getting to her second job than she was with the comfort of her client, my daughter. My daughter was crying and moving around due to the pain that DeShawn was inflicting on my daughter. At one point DeShawn sighed heavily and said, "This is too much, Im not going to be able finish her hair and get to my next job." I even heard her on the phone telling someone that she would be finished at the salon in the next 30 - 40 minutes. Then she had to catch a bus and do some little girls hair. DeShawn never asked me how I wanted my daughters hair styled other than if I wanted beads or bows. She asked if I wanted the ends curled. I told her no as I just wanted to get out of there to stop my daughters anguish. DeShawn never discussed the price or that there would be an up charge. We have been to other salons and the other salons never charged me any more than the stated prices. I hope the owner sees this and makes adjustments with staffing. I would hate for another child to have to endure the pain that DaShawn was inflicting just because she needs to get to her second job.

I took my daughters to this salon based on a recommendation because their current salon was a distance! However, the style isnt that done my youngest hair was outstanding! However, for my six year old......lets say I am livid!!!! Disclaimer my six year old is very tender headed and cries throughout I told the stylist this prior. She proceeds to braid my daughter hair, the salon lets the kids play with furnished tablets she did not give my daughter one so I had to give my daughter my phone. Finally, after the battery went dead I asked did she have a tablet, hers was dead so she asked another stylist. The other stylist have snacks we had to ask... which all and all is minor. So at the end of service when she put rollers in my daughters hair and I went to pay! The salon manager told me the stylist needed to tell me something....ok... she basically said I am going to charge you extra because of her behavior!!!! First, I sat there with daughter and her behavior did not warrant this treatment. Mu daughter started crying and was asking me what did I do!!! She got into the car and was saying "nobody likes me" .... when I told the stylist in the beginning that my daughter was tender head and she would have told me that would be an extra charge I would be fine! However, this mode of delivery they will never get my money again! This is not a kid friendly salon and I am fairly sadden by their inappropriate behavior and lack of customer service,

Im really saddened that The stylist of my choice showed how unprofessional she is by scheduling an appointment with my 3 year old being excited to see her again BECAUSE she DID do an OUTSTANDING JOB but now her BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE by saying I could come on Tuesday at 7 knowing they dont even take there last appointment at the 7 then I texted and called her numerous times and if she didnt want clients to have her number, THEN WHY GIVE IT???? BUT she Makes me NEVER WANT TO COME THERE AGAIN. At first I was like Ill just come to the stylist who hooked my baby up (Chantell) but to keep any confusion Id rather not come there again. I dont even want her evil spirited self touching my child head knowing she is this unprofessional.. Chantell did a great job which is why I tipped $10.00 even though my princess was there from 5:30 - 9pm she was excited to get her hair done and thats all that mattered and I appreciate Chantell.

We had a great experience. The employees were very professional and the owner is a sweetheart, literally. Just by the short conversation we had lets me know she has a good heart, i definitely appreciate that in a person. I appreciate the fact that she took the time to introduce herself and interact with her clients. My daughters stylist Teira (Tee Tee) did an excellent job on my daughters hair. Thank you. She came home and said mommy it didnt even hurt. My daughters head is very sensitive. I didnt have to deal with her digging in her head because it itched or anything. So pleased. I will be promoting like im an employee

This salon is amazing, from the time you walk in the door u til the time you walk out. The staff are full of joy and excitement. I have and will continue recommending friends and family to this wonderful salon. Ive had the privilege to meet the owner shes is amazing. I can tell she puts lots of time and effort into her shop and truly cares about her customers and staff!!!!

Im a frequent customer, and I always love the way my child gets her hair done by charmaine who does an amazing job. But recently I took my child to Sarah and she did her hair too tight and it left sores in her head. I contacted the owner and still no contact back. Im very upset.

I brought my daughter in to get her hair done. The staff is courteous, professional and personable. The salon is clean, cute, kid oriented and very stylish. I would recommend this kid salon and will continue to bring my child in. Loved our experience!!!

This salon is everything. The owners understand #Self made and built a dream space for my daughters to go and njoy greatly customer service while executing beauty regimen. I love this shop and vow to keep my daughters there patrons.
