Current has several locations in this area, but Ive only been to this one and the one on 14th Street. The day I came to the Old Town Current boutique, there were a lot of great pieces. I prefer dresses and skirts to pants, so I found a plethora of those in the store. Everythings organized and arranged pretty well. Of course occasionally you still see a misplaced size 2 skirt in the size 6 section, but for the most part, everythings in its proper place. I think Current can be hit or miss. The day I came, it was luckily a hit. I found a fun black dress to wear when the weathers a little warmer and a tweed skirt to wear to work. These two items came out to be $35. They were also having a sale where all dresses were 10% off. While browsing, I found two Diane von Furstenberg dresses for $65 and $99 respectively, which is a steal compared to the retail price of DVF dresses. However, there were definitely some misses too. For the prices of some of these gently-used clothes, they were more than the retail price of the outfit at its new, peak condition. I am very happy with the black dress I found. The skirt isnt too bad either. Theyre both very classic pieces I can wear anytime. I didnt try on any of the clothes in the store because for some silly reason, I thought I could return it if it didnt fit (when the weather is cold, I get lazy and dont usually try on clothes). Naturally though, this is a consignment shop so "returns" are really consignments. Luckily, both pieces fit (the dress more so than the skirt) but next time, I will have to try everything on at the store.

I love current boutique!! Its a wonderful place to buy and sell gently used clothing. Ive had so many great finds at this boutique that I now check out Current before I hit the mall. My favorite find from this store was Burberry bag. Best of all, the boutique is dog friendly so I can take my dog along on my trip out to Old Town. The staff is always friendly and greets him with treats. Highly recommend for those who want to dress their best but are on a budget.

Hated it...Do not purchase any SHOES from this merchant. Everything is non-refundable. I purchased Kate Spade flats for $50.00 on April 2, 2014 and the shoes are very PAINFUL and defective shoes... The store manager Erin said I could give the shoes back to see if they can resell them for a higher price. Mean while, they get to keep my money and the merchandise. People wake up!!! This place is a huge RIP OFF!!!!

I really like Current Boutique Consignments Old Town location. Its well organized and the staff are friendly and attentive. They offer gently used consignment and a nice collection of new pieces. There are also a few vintage items mixed in. I found a few high end blouses for a fraction of what I wouldve paid at a standard retailer. Prices are terrific. Ill definitely return as a shopper and may even consign.

Out of all of the Current boutiques, I think this one is my second favorite (behind Clarendon, which I think has the best possible curation). I feel like this store isnt so focused on "brand names" -- meaning, I think the 14th street store buys brand name things without realizing they are out of style and old. Good prices, but make sure you give things a once over for damage.

This consignment store is okay. Its prices really arent that different for what youd pay for in a department store, but you will find designer brands. The front of the store has clothing that is not consignment and really expensive. Proceed to the middle and back for more reasonably priced items.

Ive found my favorite pair of black slacks (RIP), a great LBD, and blouses here. The staff and friendly but not pushy. Its definitely worth a look when youre in Old Town!

Very clean, well merchandised. Lots of high end name brands; great place for shopping consignment shoes, purses, bags, and dresses while on King St.
