while this was my first time receiving a waxing session. I found the owner to be quite unwelcoming. After speaking to her and her staff and being completely ignored upon arrival. The very nice but somewhat judgmental young receptionist/technician, was extremely rough and unwelcoming. i accept the idea that this may have been my inexperience that made me feel like she was not handling me with care.However, it was my exit from the salon that really bothered me. Now even after my unacknowledged greeting, I walked to the front of the salon, and said "Thank you, have a great evening". And still the owner and her guest sat on their fancy fru fru couch, never lifting their heads, or uttering a word to me. Being the only Black female in the entire salon at the time. I cant help but to feel that this was racial discrimination. I will never visit this salon again. Very unwelcoming. Poor customer service.

I will not be coming back here. I believe her name is Crystal, but she was rude when I first walked in and its a shame because the store looked nice and I was really looking forward to the wax after the great reviews I seen. However, her attitude wasnt friendly and I immediately felt very uncomfortable. The other girl that was there seemed very nice but I rather go someplace else where I feel comfortable with the staff... especially for a wax.

To sum it up in one word "Great" it was my first wax (Brazilian) and I already went in a bit nervous but the staff made me feel comfortable Nicole was a joy to work with (-: nice atmosphere ! More importantly I felt comfortable being there which for me makes all the difference =]

Best wax Ive ever gotten. I believe the beauticians name was Nicole and she was nice and very professional, explained all the steps along the way. I got a Brazilian wax and it was fast, nearly painless, and I got great results. I would definitely recommend this place.

Horrible. Wax was too hot and I had bumps for two weeks after. Plus it hurt redressing! Sticky and painful mess. Was sensitive at all....this is a private area for God sake! Ive had much better waxes

Nikki is very good at distracting you when shes giving you a wax. Ive gone here for years and the few times Ive gone anywhere else I have regretted it. Love this place!
