Purchased my wedding gown from this shop. It was a lovely set up, I had plenty of room and mirrors for trying on my gown. The staff were very friendly, but not overwhelming. They checked on me often and offered assistance if needed. I was able to find not only my gown, but petticoat and veil all at very reasonable prices and in excellent condition. All the gowns were already cleaned and in bags. I also got a flower girls dress for under $10 and a Jr. bridesmaids dress for $20! They also carry prom gowns and other formal dresses. My mom and I plan on going back for her mother of the bride dress. Wonderful selection. I recommend this place to everyone!

I went in to look at wedding dresses and was pretty much completely ignored. There were two going young girls working who walked past me several times but didnt even acknowledge me. I asked a few questions of the older lady at the counter and she was friendly enough, but didnt really offer any help either. They did have a decent selection but a large number of them are plus sizes. I dont think Id buy there even if I had found something I liked because Ive worked in retail for many years and I know you cant climb all over your customer but you should at least acknowledge and check on them. The customer service was pretty much non-existent.

Didnt get even hello from staff or acknowledgement I was on store. Not the first time this happened. I wont go back to people that are so snooty they dont care about customers in the store

Great customer service went in looking for a wedding dress and came out with a Vera Wang for a septacular price very impressed!!!

Its 2012 and I agree with the 2009 review. Got a nice purse there. Call for days with special discounts for a good deal.
