Apparently the boutique has changed drastically. I have been shopping at the boutique faithfully for many years. Recently I went into Silhouette to look for a prosthesis and bras. I had traveled a very long distance out of state to get there and had an appointment. In the past I have always been able to get beautiful, high quality bras and prosthesis at this boutique. However when I recently went to the boutique I was very disappointed. I was only shown a very limited selection. I wonder if it is because I was purchasing through Medicare. I was willing to pay for an upgrade in bras which I have done in the past. However, when I asked the sales person about seeing the style bras that I had purchased in the past I was informed that was "all that they [had]." She seemed very impatient and also informed me that was "all the time" she had because she had another appointment with a customer coming in the store." Apparently the fact that I had also made an appointment and had traveled a long distance was lost on the sales person. At the time that I made the appointment I was not told how long my appointment would last. In the past I was always given the opportunity to take whatever time was needed to make a decision on the purchase; and the sales people were always very courteous. I wonder if the management has changed. I was very disappointed in my recent experience and would not shop there again. I also would not recommend this boutique to others.

Im the proud mother of a 10 year old little girl experiencing alopecia, amoung several other health issues. As a mother, you want nothing more than for your child to be confident and feel beautiful. We had been to several other places looking for wigs, but nothing we found had that "natural" look. I stumbled accross the boutique online and called to see if they would even consider helping my daughter. We went there knowing that they carried adult wigs, but wanted to give it a try. To my surprise, they were able to fit my daughter in that day for an one on one consultation. Lynn, along with the other staff members, greated us with open arms and a warm smile. They went above and beyond to discuss all of our options and the best part of it all, they brought a smile to my little girls face. We consider ourselves extremely blessed to have found this boutique and we cant thank them enough!

Excellent selection of wigs. They do not only sell bras but shirts, tank tops, accessories. Lovely store, friendly and compassionate staff.
