This store is horrible. I ordered 3 pair of jeans and two tops online. Immediately after I placed the order I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I ordered 3 more pair of jeans and tried to cancel the first three ordered. Online customer service took almost 24 hours to respond and of course by then it was "too late" to cancel the order but they assured me that I could easily return the items in store. So on Tuesday I went to the store to return the jeans and possibly exchange one pair for the correct size. I was informed that they were no longer accepting returns that day because they had already done so much and was going to be "on the red" for the day but that I could try again tomorrow. Needless to say I was extremely annoyed by this. I dont leave or work near the mall and was already inconvenienced once and had no desire to return to the mall. When I did try to exchange one pair they had limited jeans in the store so I left the store with all three pair of jeans. Not only would I not recommend that particular store, I may not shop online or any other store again. Terrible!

Well since there is a new manager working the last time i was there customer service has been good such as being welcomed when walked in to know who works there etc. But personally speaking workers arent trained properly to actually give you help like where specific clothing items are and just seems like they just want you to buy more of there stuff.

Horrible customer service, employee said they would honor a price adjustment over the phone because the items I purchased went on sale for 40% off the next day, drove all the way there and the manager would not honor and was extremely rude. Dont shop at this one!
