Stay far far away from this place. Bought a canister vacuum which eventually needed repair. Took it in and was told to leave only the canister, not the arm. Watched the service rep place my canister next to the door leading to their backroom. When I called on the designated day to pick up, they couldnt find the vacuum anywhere in their system. They had a record of the repair request, but couldnt find the vacuum. They eventually had to replace it. Next time vacuum needed a repair, I took in only the canister but was told they needed the entire thing. Went back home for the arm (even though nothing was wrong with it), a one-hour round trip, and when I returned the service department was closed. Also, had a flat tire on my car, put on the temp tire and took it in to their auto service shop. It wasnt until months later that I realized they failed to put the temp tire back in my trunk. Too late to do anything about it. Also, bought my new washer and dryer there. When delivered, the delivery people were in such a hurry that when they yanked my lawn mower (without asking) out of the exterior basement stairwell, it broke. Yet they had enough time to pause for a conversation with my next door neighbor who they knew. Can you tell I havent shopped at this Sears in years?

BEWARE!!! This is the worst location we ever been to. My dad speaks little English and he went to buy a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, the cashiers took advantage of him not speaking English and ended up tricking him to apply for a Credit Card without his knowledge. To make matters worse, I was transfer on the phone to talk to the Assistance Manager "Desuskad" who was unwilling to help and replied to by stating "He signed for it" I explain the situation over and over and even the representative that transfer my call so I could speak to the assistance manager was on my side. Still the Assistance Manager "Desuskad" was not helpful at all. He was unprofessional and showed no sympathy for the mistake that the cashier made; instead he blame it all to my dad. It is really unfortunately that Sears being such a big company fails to train their Cashiers to do the right thing for the Customers and to aware them of the serious consequences that this acts can lead to. I am expecting a call and I will be updating this review as this case goes on.

Went to pay for an item that was supposed to be on sale and it rang up a different price. After a long wait for a price check, like other reviewers they wouldnt honor the price even though it was tagged wrong. Not sure why Ive kept coming back because things never seem to ring up correctly or theres a problem with the system. But this most recent experience has made me strongly dislike Sears because they were rude about it. They also always harass me about opening a credit card every time I go in the store offering coupons as discounts to apply for the card that I would or shall I say SHOULD receive either way (the coupons are in the weekly ads!). Ive saw them take advantage of Hispanic customers that dont understand what theyre doing forcing and bullying them to apply for a credit card. The lines are incredibly long for the little customers that are in the store and again God forbid you need any help with an item. Never returning. Just dont go.

In summer of 2015 I bought washer and dryer here. Oh boy....was this a journey. Considering 15% discount on a "savings" day, the price was supposed to be much lower than I ended paying. In fact, a store associate kept on adding some bs fees at a rate of $100/minute, as she was talking. These included some plastic plate that goes in between the two stackable units and exhaust hose for dryer (is this really not included already??). I really needed this particular size, so I bought the set anyway. But shortly after I walked out I got pissed and came back to the store to return the purchase. She was gone, so I engaged in a new round of negotiations with another associate and a manager. My first purchase was canceled and the set was re-sold to me for a ~$300 lower price, thank goodness. Both of the charges appeared on my credit card and it took another two visits to the store to really cancel the first one. Two stars for the cooperation.

I ordered tires online and had them sent to the Auto Center which was delivered on time but when I attempted to call this location no one answered the phone, after numerous attempts I contacted Sear customer service and had them call the location. The representative took 15 minutes and finally came back and said she had someone at the store on the phone, but the tires had arrived yet. I waited and called again in the afternoon and again no one answered the phone, once again I called customer service but this time she could get anyone to answer the phone,so she sent me to the complaint department where they had to email the manager on duty to answer the phone. So she told me too call back, which I did in an hour and the manager answer the phone. After all that I still had to wait two hours to have the tires put on. No apologies, no discounts. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Worst Service ever. I purchased an appliance a day before and needed some information. 16 hours of trying to reach someone , the employee acted like she was doing me a favor, forgetting customers are the reason she has a job. I should have headed to the few rude people I encounted yesterday and walked out of the store. I have been a loyal customer of Kenmore and craftsman product with large purchases for over 12 years but I will cancel my order and live with another brand. Options are everywhere, I wll take my money where im appreciated. Sears need to revamp or the few stores will be closed in a blink of an eye.

Sears was one of the my favorites stores for tools, but not any more ,today I was trying to but a cutting tool and it had the price of $21.99 and when I was trying to check up and pay for it , they told me that the real price is $31.99 . I told him and the man go en check and all the same tools was with the price of $21.99 but he said that was wrong and took of the paper with the price. I try to pick another one and happen the same. So! Thats play wit the costumer , why you put the wrong price ??? Im going to Lowes becouse it never happen in there . Oh in case It could happen Im sure they will equal the price.

Although this was the 3rd service repair visit to make my dishwasher drain at the end of a cycle, the repair technician finally was ready to stay for the 11 minute cycle to see if what he did fixed the problem. When it didnt, and he could see that water was still in the bottom of the machine, he decided to replace the electronics and the water pump. Of course, those parts must be ordered, and someone must be here for a 4th service visit to install the things. We are fortunate that we have a service agreement which will cover the cost of all the maintenance.
