Ever since the store changed owners, "Kelly" is the current owner as she would not give her full legal name, the level of service has diminished greatly. When it was College Park Ship & Mail, I got timely notifications of mail and packages in my box via text message. After it became The USP Store with "Kelly", I dont get any notifications despite the fact I followed the new owners instructions for having the continued service of text notifications of mail and package deliveries. What makes it worse is that when you call, the new staff gives you inconsistent information. One time I called and they said I had no mail which was suspect because a business associate said they mailed some information to me. Sure enough, I went over and there was the letter sitting in the mail box despite the staff saying I had no mail. I use this location as a business mail drop to keep my business mail separated from the normal traffic of personal and junk mail. I have explicitly avoided The UPS Store chain because of the lack of customer service from past experiences at other locations and it looks like I will be receiving a low standard of service from this point on. I do not recommend this The UPS Store location for mail and package service.

I was previously a loyal and a long-term UPS customer, but after my recent experience, they have lost my trust and my business. I shipped a package worth $450 (shipping fees plus contents) from this UPS store on 06/03/2017. The package was lost within one week from shipment and never arrived at its out-of-state destination. An investigation was opened, per my request, on 06/13/2017 in an attempt to find the package. I found out after several weeks that this investigation was erroneously closed by the store manager, who had incorrectly reported that the package arrived. The investigation had to be reopened, again at my request, several weeks later, reportedly in order to complete the reimbursement process. I have made multiple phone calls and spoken with numerous different sales representatives and supervisors via UPS customer service, as well as the store manager and staff, since shipping the package over one month ago. I have still not received any updates from UPS store or reimbursement.

**BRING YOUR OWN TAPE -- They charge you for tape!** This place charges you a $1 to tape your package. I really have a problem with this. I came in with a regular sized box and needed to place two pieces of tape on each end. I was told it would cost me $1. Not even the folks at the US Post Office charge you for tape to help seal a package! Its also worth noting that FedEx doesnt charge you for tape. Id suggest you take your business to one of these two places.

This ups store does not accept packages in customers names. Apparently this is unusual for a ups store so one ups store in NJ mailed my package to this store and set me back a week by the time I got the packpackage I needed. Furthermore, they provided no assistance, advice or even sympathy for my predicament, and some staff was somewhat rude.

Great service here.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they cannot provide the service needed they direct you to the appropriate sources. We have our packages ordered online delivered there because there is someone to receive them rather than having delivered to the house where it will sit outside.

Used this store to send a package and I had some questions about some fees. They could not give me clear answers. The staff is bad and the female manager I spoke was very rude. I will not being using them any more.

This place previously accepted usps packages. But when I was try to drop a Usps package there, the guy in the store said thats USPS package and they dont accept it, while a USPS sign hanging outside the store.

Told me to take my prepackaged and preprinted, ready to ship usps package to the post office. Every other ups store has gladly accepted my packages with a smile.
