I special ordered a replacement drawer. No one was at the cabinet station, and I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. They said it would take 4 weeks. 5 weeks later I called and they said it was in. I went in, but no one could find it. 2 days later I received a call that it was in, and went back in a week later. They couldnt find it. I asked for my money back, but the Customer Service Rep. said to give her a day. The next day she called and said theyd reordered it. Another 3 weeks later I got a call that it was in. I went in and guess what? They couldnt find it. I complained that Id been in 3 times over 9 weeks and that this was ridiculous. The Customer Service Rep refunded me the money, and reordered the drawer to be delivered to my house. I finally received it 12 weeks after the original order, and its the WRONG SIZE, an inch too narrow to fit the hole in my cabinet. Its also a very expensive maple drawer, when all I wanted was a simple, cheap replacement drawer. Its totally not worth it to go to this store for special orders. I wont go there again.

Poor customer service and waste of my time. I was approached by a store employee about a promotion that the store was running for a free consultation for kitchen cabinet refacing. I said I was interested and signed up for the promotion. After providing all of my contact information, the representative called a number to set up the appointment. She handed the phone to me and I had to provide all of the same information again. This happened a third time when I verified my appointment a day later. It seemed a bit excessive. The frustrating part was that I informed the initial representative that my cabinets are currently particle board. She said that theyd be replaced with full wood doors. After I reserved a weekend day for the consultation and called to confirm my appointment, the lady on the phone told me that they couldnt do my kitchen because they were particle board. No other options were given and she seemed even disgruntled that she had to speak to another person over the phone. Will not be returning to Home Depot.

I just bought a home near this location. I only give two stars for two employees who should be managers; if not already. They are Anthony and Danielle (shes located at the store near Bay Sox Stadium). They were very knowledgeable and helpful as well as another manager and young man who works in paints. However, I encountered an employee (James Nelson) who pretty much wanted all to know he was the manager, as I had asked. I was searching for a bolt the other store had referred me to. I asked James Nelson and he stated, "He" didnt sell the faucet bolt; I informed him of my referral and he stated the other guy didnt know what he was talking about. The conversation turned personal as I asked was he there to help or what. Id never encountered such poor customer service. Ive decided to get rid of the home depot account and try Lowes. This manager is certainly losing business for your store.

The staff are usually hopelessly uninformed. Its almost like theyre just retail workers with no experience in their given departments. Ive gotten wrong information from staff members on drill bits, concrete, faucets and hammer drills. There is one guy who is always very helpful. The guy works in tool rental. Hes an older short bald guy. Hes given me correct information every time. Oh, and the singing clerk at the front is annoying and unprofessional. And have fun telling the solar panel salesman youre not interested every single time you visit.

The people who work here is what makes this Home Depot above other Home Depots. There is an employee by the name of Ed who is especially helpful. He isnt just helpful with store questions; my husband and I are first time home owners and we had some problems that we were unfamiliar with. We asked Ed about the problems we were having and he had no problem helping us. He gave us suggestions and let us know that some of the things we were worried about were actually normal.

It is Friday afternoon and there was no one in the paint department to help. I also needed to rent a wood chipper but there was none in stock unlike their website said. Do not go to this store for advice, know what you want buy it and leave. And also call ahead because they were unorganized. I say that they were unorganized because they were not interested in helping me after they found out there were no chippers to rent at their location

I came in with my mother this evening and asked to have the manager called to discuss patio furniture pricing. While an employee was on the phone requesting him to come to the front, John the manager passed us off to someone and completely disregarded our request to speak to him directly. Thanks John, we will now take our home renovation across the street to Lowes.

Ordered shed through Sheds USA and order was processed by Homedepot. After waiting on 3 separate occasions for install contactors i gave up and cancelled my order. Getting a refund was difficult as the store said it was a "special order". I eventually got my refund but it serves as a good reminder for me never to buy any services from them again

The workers are nice, but dont know where merchandise is or who to talk to about it (including the managers). I feel that the problem is the management. This is not the right Home Depot to visit if you need advice or plan on purchasing a large item. This HD is for experienced HD shoppers only who dont require any assistance whatsoever.

Store employees refuse to honor lifetime warranties on tools. Very poor attitude and going up the chain of command with management is pointless. Store employees are given agency to pick and choose whom they are going to provide proper service to on a whim.

Hate coming to this store! If you can find an associate to ask for help, they act like you are bothering them and have an attitude. I will definitely continue going to Lowes which is right across the street then be treated like customers dont matter

I went in the early afternoon on a weekday. The store isnt as busy then and the service is better. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout line was short. I dont recommend going on the weekend,its busy and the service is not very good.

My experience at the HD rental department was very efficient today. I got the chain saw thay o wanted to remt in a timely manner. The attendant started it for me, checked the gas and oil, and also pointed out the controls on the machine.

One of the more usual layouts make it slightly easier to find things. Staff was helpful but even with verbal guidance it was difficult to locate some items. All around a good experience. Ship to store experience was smooth and easy.

Good selection and availability. Staff are friendly, but too few. I drive past a competing store to come here, and I always come here first. Ive only had to shop the competition twice in three years.
