The store has very few selections and the staff are not very helpful. I bought an iron, opened it up and it wasnt what I expected so I returned. They refused my return because they said I used it. I also bought a few scrapbooks from another Ross store, wanted to return it because I found another design I liked, they claim they cant return it because it wasnt in their system. I went to another Ross to return those items and I had no problems.

I went to try on bras and when I tried to take a few into the dressing room to try the lady stopped me and told me I couldnt take them in and that the bras are usually accurate...I was confused because I was always able to take bras in and try them. So I ended up buying them. I got home and they didnt fit so I went to the manager and told him and his excuse was "she was new" he didnt know who I was talking about...

Found a great bargain but time is also money and there was only one cashier with about 10 - 12 people in line. If the item I found had not been such a good deal, I would have put it down and left...and not every price or item is worth the wait.

I really like this store, the merchandise is phenomenal, a lot of nice and chip clothing, home decoration....and the staff is so gently. Every week I stop by and found treasures. : )

Its dusty and really poorly organized. It feels more like a sketchy thrift store than a regular retailer. There are some good bargains, but I dont think the atmosphere is worth it.

Unfortunately, more than often its a miss. I wish this location was more organized and had a better selection. Sometimes I find hidden treasures, which keeps me coming back.

Nice clean store. Always seems a little under stocked. And they are serious about their garment limit in the fitting rooms. Checkout is almost always really slow.

The store is a mess. Each time Ive been here there has only been one person working at checkout and a huge line waiting. Staff seem nice enough at checkout.
