A couple of months I would have given this Nordstrom Rack 5 stars. They consistently had a great selection, good clothes at good prices, and friendly staff. However, in the last couple of months Rack changed its return policy and this store is downright nasty about it. It used to be no questions asked if you had a receipt and, if not theyd look up your transaction by your credit card and refund you. I returned a pair of shoes here because they hurt and they refused to take them back. I didnt have the receipt and the store manager refused to even look up the transaction with my credit card. Then she tried to tell me that the shoes were significantly worn and they wouldnt return them. I literally wore them twice. The manager was rude and nasty and absolutely would not budge on her stance. Ive been going to this Rack for almost 10 years but not anymore.

Was trying to order item on line spoke with sales associate Carlos in mens department, put me on hold for almost 19 minutes, manager Shanna answer the phone , i told her that i wasnt happy with timing been on hold, then she said that they dont ship items anymore, ive never heard that before, and been with Nordstrom over 12 years, really poor service and knowledge how to talk to customers!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed with both of them.

Good selection but the place was DESTROYED by shoppers. Shoes all over the floor, clothes everywhere. What a mess. Impossible to find everything. At three days before Christmas, I realize this is not the fault of the employees. The volume of customers was impossible to keep up with. Very convenient checkout for folks with less than 5 items.

I bought my wedding dress from Venus Bridal and it was the best experience I have had!! They were very helpful and attentive from each fitting, to alterations, and time to pick up the dress!! I am so happy I bought my wedding dress from and gave be a great memory on my wedding day!! I recommend others going to Venus!!

Prices are way higher than you would expect for a discount store. I have been through several times and never found a good deal I wanted to purchase. Merchandise is organized in sections, but can still be scattered in the section.

Ive never been to this location and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasnt super crowded. I didnt really browse through the clothes, but I really liked the shoe selection. There was a good amount of accessories as well.

Its no better or worse than your average nordstrom rack. If anything this one is a little small and seems to have more lower quality clothing vs designer. Not crowded or busy though and there is ample parking.
