I had a very bad experience with Ross (at Owing Mills) for the first time last night. As part of my learning from the incident, I would like to suggest to ROSS that --- 1) Customer service training is not adequate. I cant blame the cashiers when even the supervisor doesnt know how to treat a customer. Instead of solving the problem or (if not possible to solve, then) giving suggestions, they think of the customer with the problem as a nuisance, and illtreat them. 2) Better customer education and awareness: Let the customer know how to check the bill to see if the stuff purchased has the tag with the same number as the number on the bill, before they leave the cashiers counter. They should also be made aware that they should check if (for example) all the pieces of a three piece suit has the same tag number, before purchasing. [I suggest that this information be displayed on the walls of the shopping area and fitting rooms. 3) Customers also need to be alert to check every thing before they leave. Some tag pulled out or receipt misplaced or not picked up from the cashier could result in trouble if you wanted to return or exchange your stuff. I hope all customers reading this will benefit and be more alert and aware. I also wish that ROSS takes note of this and make necessary changes to improve their service. As I said, this is the first time I have ever had problems with Ross at all. I think the problem has been local to this particular outlet, but even one bad experience leaves an impression for a lifetime. I will never put my foot in that particular outlet of Ross. I feel so insulted. I just hope the staff of this place makes efforts to improve, so that other customers have a good experience.

Old lady with the balding red hair working at the fitting rooms is very rude. She yelled at my son for organizing the toys in the kids section. Also when I was taking some clothes in to the fitting room I wanted to try on some tee shirts from the mens section. She told me those are mens clothes and if I was sure I wanted to take them in even though clearly its none of her business and when I said yes she laughed at me and said "seriously" . On the way out when I was returning the clothes I didnt want to buy she had the nerve to tell me to put the mens clothes back myself when clearly it was her job because she works both mens AND womens fitting rooms.Literally she told me only.to.give her back the womans clothes. She made it clear to me that she didnt like the idea of a woman trying on a mens t-shirt and was unprofessional because she has no business interfering with what products customer is purchasing

The customer service has been horrible on several occasions. Most of the staff are not helpful not friendly. Dont ask them any questions because they will tell you they dont know snd make.no attempt to find out very lazy and would take the easiest way out. There is one guy in there who has ring me up twice and he never acts like he wants to be there or go an extra mile....hes horrible . Its a mess. Plus the selection is limited. Really dont like shopping here unless I have to.

This store is a MESS. I ran in for a pair of sunglasses and grabbed ones that were the least sticky. There was one person on register with 3 people in line, and SIX others standing at the service desk talking. I assume they were all supposed to be restocking or working the floor, but the place looked like the day after Black Friday - sparse shelves, clothes on the floor, messy racks. I put the glasses back and walked out.

The service at the Ross in Owings Mills is BAD!!! Its hard to find good service these days but the service at Ross in Owings Mills is ridiculously awful!!! My suggestion go to the Ross in Perring Parkway if you can much more decent service. The corporate offices need to train their staff at Owings Mills in customer service. I bought merchandise worth over $75.00 and felt like crap leaving the store. Never again!!! P.G.

This store is the shittiest store ever in customer service , they close the fitting rooms at 9pm when the stores close at 11pm all cuz the retail staff dont wanna collect the clothes like stop being freaking lazy. Also the security yell at me cuz I was trying something at 10:30 like wtf man is not like I am shoplifting. Worst store ever

hate going to this Ross the staff is rude all the time. Clothing is never in the right section. You will see small hung in with the large sizes and the shoe section is always junky.
