Ive been sitting (and by sitting i mean I am perched on the counter) at the layaway counter along with two other patrons for the past twenty minutes. The one person that was supposed to be working at this department has been missing for the past 45 minutes. I even called the store and the person placed me on hold and never came back. Oh wait. Shes back and stated that the ladys layaway is lost. After I finally got the layaway done I then stood in line for another twenty minutes behind two people because there was only one cashier working at the front. Poor management and scheduling wouldnt even begin to describe the issues this store has. Ill stick to the Arundel Mills location.

Customer Serves: I have had good and bad experiences at this location. But for the most part they have been good. You have any problems ask for Heidi, she is the store manager and the sweetest person you will ever meet. Maintenance: The store is in good shape. The store is organized every night and morning. You have to remember that if "you" place things where they are suppose to go that would make the place much cleaner. Accessibility: The store is in a great location. With many great places around it. You can shop and then to see a movie, gap something to eat, or go grocery shopping at the Harris Teeter. Variety: They have a great selection of in season and on trend clothing.

Good prices on reasonable quality clothing, combined with long lines, high demand, and understaffed cashier lanes, all come together to form what is, in my opinion, a frustrating shopping experience. I have no complaints about the store in, and of itself. in fact Id have likely based my score higher if solely based on that, but the experience is too hit or miss.

I LOVE the clothes and deals but hate coming in because the workers are consistently clustered in corners complaining about hating their job and cursing as they talk about their weekends. Mostly the young ones in my age group (early to mid twenties). During the week it isnt so bad.

Why????? So you cant park where parking is convienient and ring up in the back towards the garage because layaway needs to be in the back now... How stupid management needs to change asap. Whoever changed it is a dumbass inexperienced manager. I wont return to this store.

I LOVE Burlington! They always have fabulous jewelry, great stylish costs, cool socks, bath and body, home decor, anything you want! And its affordable. I definitely recommend them over Target or Walmart, because theyre cheaper than this two.

The cleanest Burlington I have ever being too. Very impressive. Not alot of variety like other Burlington I have being too but its worth going,you will surely find something. The cashiers were very distracted but overall good experience.

Have never liked the new design. Doesnt feel like the old Burlington. Doesnt have as many items either. Feels like a Ross... not that I have anything against Ross, just not the same as before.

This store used to be "trash". But after the rebuild of the old Laurel mall into the shopping center, this Burlington has become one of the favorite places to shop at around holidays.
