Very disappointed. I went there today to buy a blanket for my horse. There were many people in the store and I dont expect that they drop everything to help me. So, I waited for about 10 - 15 minutes; then, a sales person came along, totally ignoring me, but I still asked her, where they have horse blankets. I had the impression that I was getting on her nerves, ("how dare you to ask me, when I am selling something far more expensive instead of a horse blanket"). She just showed me the way to the blankets, and I am sure somebody else (may be more professional??) would have said something, such as "Ill be right with you", but there came nothing out of her mouth. The selection was terrible, there were only a few blankets left in sizes that they probably dont sell too often. Nobody of the other employees seem to care about me as customer. Guess what: that was my last visit there. If you dont belong to the hunter/jumper world, dont go there. You dont belong there and youre obviously not welcome.

The Butler store has THREE stores in one parking lot! They have an upscale hunter/jumper boutique with awesome, customizable options and will happily order anything you need. There is also a consignment shop across the parking lot with tons of equestrian consignment and marked down goods at great prices. Finally, there is Home Goods store with wonderful vintage and antique items and you dont have to like horses to find wonderful items for your home! Great place!
