I had the worst customer service experience with the store manager Kasee Blackman. She was very rude and didnt represent the brand of Old Navy/Gap. I called to speak with her in reference to me being inconvienced by one of her store employees because of a mistake that was made at the store she manages with pricing. She was rude she over talked me and when I wasnt finished she had the nerve to tell me I let you speak so you are going to let me speak. I was appauled with her deliverance of negative customer service. She refused to give me her bosses name because she knows she handled the complaint and the call very unprofessionally. I did get the information from another store in the area to call and complain on her. I also contacted customer relations in reference to how I was rudely treated and they were appauled as well and said that is not how their employees should treat or talk to customers because that is not what they stand for and they dont take it lightly. A good manager would listen to the customers complaint because they want to be heard and then apologize for any inconvenience in which Kasee did not and I truly dont think she has the ability too.

I cant tell whether I liked the sales or the sales associate Janet most. We went out looking for new clothes for my 11 year old who has just had a growth spurt. She loved the clothes and I loved the savings. Janet made sure we had what we needed from when we walked in until when we headed out. It was much appreciated.
