Horrible shopping experience. We purchased three bags from their sale. Came home and started packing for our overseas journey and what do we see? They forgot to take the alarm tag off one of the bags. Not only that but the alarm didnt sound on our way out. So we drove back to ask them to take it off. During the rush, we forgot to get the receipt with us and that turned out to be the reason of our nightmare. The menager of the store said we needed it for them to take the tag off, and that it was their company policy. I am sure putting on fake alarm tags and forgetting to take them out is not their policy. So she could have just looked the other way a third time to set things right. What happened at the end? You ask. Well, we went back home and broke the tag with heavy duty scissors, found the receipt and returned the broken tag back. If youre going to shop from there, make sure they take out the alarm tags.
