When I walked in the associates were more interested in their convesations with each other. I passed by four people and no one said anything. I proceeded to walk to the shoe section where every other store I went in had more than one choice of dress shoe in my size. Poor service, poor selection sums it up.

I love this store. They always have designer dresses that fit my size 6 physique perfectly. I also get my Tuesday Club discount on everything I buy. Great customer service there as well.

Never going back. Every time I have gone I have never heard a "welcome to Ross" or "hello" its always just angry or awkward stares if I even get acknowledged in the first place.

I love Ross, but hate this location (Catonsville MD). This location is naked, store is practically empty and very bare. Very disappointing.
