I spent a lot of time prepping clothes, an hour round trip, and waited 45 minutes while I was there just to be told that they dont take blankets :/ so I was like uh blankets? She said yeah the Ravens blanket... Uh thats called a scarf.. They didnt even look through the box, everything was exactly as I gave it. She said they were being very picky and only taking things that were bought at the mall in the last two years and that they are being really picky about jeans. So when I came in the day before to ask the hours that they were buying clothes, they shouldve told me that then so I wouldnt waste my time and gas. She said I could bring fall items back as it gets closer to fall. I told her I wouldnt be wasting anymore of my time on this place.

This store has gotten out of control. They are making like 800% profit. Its an absolute joke. I brought in that namebrand items that were never worn and they didnt offer me anything for those. They took six out of 83 things I brought in and offered me $15. It was a waste of my time and it was a complete joke because the items were just purchased within the last six months so they were totally in style . They wanted to buy my clothes for two dollars and sell it for $1699. Complete rip off. Every other consignment shop will give you 65% and they make the other 35. Do not buy from this place or sell to of place. Very dishonest. Mrs. not how business should be run. They should not be making 800% profit.

Yesterday I brought in a bag full of clothes and I had accidentally place a bag of $50 worth of jewelry brand new from Spencers I had just bought that day into the mix of the clothes, I took the bag of clothing into be gone through and they only took 3 shirts and showed me, once I had realized the jewelry was misplaced in there, it was too late, it wasnt in the bag they gave back to me and they didnt even tell me about it, they stole it. I will be going up there tomorrow demanding my jewelry back or $50 to replace it.

They have ok clothes to chose from, my problem is selling. I brought in my items and they showed me what they were going to take and gave me around $30 for 4 out of the 20 items I brought in. I went back and saw things in the store that I knew were MINE and didnt realize it was missing until I went back into the store to shop with a friend. They basically stole from me. If going here for quick cash compare what they say they will take vs what they dont want or you will get cond.

I have tried to sell here and couple times and I always feel like I am being a little ripped off. I had two never worn, brand new pairs of Vans that I tried selling here last time and they wanted to give me $3 a pair. I looked around while they were pricing and they had a beaten up pair of Vans that had obviously been worn religiously priced for $30. I understand they have to make a profit, however it seemed a little ridiculous to me. I dont sell here anymore after that.

Place is definitely out to make a profit. They were good when they first opened but have gone downhill in the past couple of years. If you are shopping there you can find some cute things but if you are selling be careful. I have brought in tons of clothes to them and they were in style and in season. They pick through them and take 2 of 20 things and only give you maybe 10%. Not a good way to do business. Way to picky. Pay attention to these reviews.

As previously mentioned, I ve tried to sell top of line name brand items which were current with todays fashion trends. I realize a profit has to be made, however they want to give you maybe $2.00-$3.00 for yor items or store credit that doesnt even alot to buy gas with it utterly ridiculous. So I say to the creaters of creating such a brilliant ideal, but it time for me to discover how I can create a business empire for myself.

Lately the Bel Air store is fast, but they changed their prices and u can have a new with tags high end designer jeans and they give you less then $10.00 other Locations pay more, also Bel Air employees Buyers do not know the Higher end Brands, They completely Rip you Off, also go in with 50 items they keep 25 and you get 10 back, mmmm what happened to the rest? Happens allot at Bel Air Md store

They dont give like any money. I donated a $90 jacket and received like $3 for it... but they are very kind people they just dont give you enough money. Youre better off selling at a yard sale.

Discriminates against people a slightly larger size. They refused to buy clothing from a friend of mine stating that they could not use the clothing at all and it was all brand new clothes.
