Tried to call the store today and its been 12 minutes and the phone is still ringing. Ive called three times already. The phone hung up twice. The second time I called the phone made the "line is busy or off the hook" noise. Seriously, you dont pick up your phone? Its 2:25 in the afternoon! Horrible business! Id give you no star if I could. ALSO, when I was in the store yesterday shopping. I walked over to the fitting room and the girl standing there was on her cellphone texting! I had a shopping bag full of clothes and I was clearly struggling to pull everything out and count them because she said only six items were allowed at a time. She didnt help me with anything! She literally said three things to me. "You can only take 6 at a time" , "You can hang the rest on that rack" & "You can go in". I wish I was her manager, I would have fired her in a heart beat! Disrespectful and no customer service.

This store needs serious management training!!!! The employees are over-inundated with the exhaustive effort of having to put outrageous numbers of clothing back on the racks. The employee turnover rates are incredibly high because the managers lack any kind or organizational and interpersonal skills. They are rude to their customers and workers. They are curt, arrogant and losing the company enormously high retail dollars. People do not like to shop where retail space is crowded. There is too much merchandise on the floor and crews are not working together to determine where it goes. This store is a hot mess!!...a catastrophe waiting to happen. Regional sales have GOT to be way off the mark with this kind of chaos going on! Please someone, hire some experienced and organized managers so we wont mind shopping here again!!

I worked at the MacArthur F21 and it was terrible. I dont know much about management but it need serious help. I believe the store is too big for the workers. I was not trained, in fact, nobody was reaaaaaally trained. Letting you know about fashion and certain clothes here and there but I knew nothing really. Customers would ask me where something is and I would have a confused look and not know and I was there for almost 5 months!! Nobody did and I hate not knowing how to help a customer. Clothes are all over the place so that didnt help. I tell you the only OBVI places you knew where something was, was either shoes, bathing suits or accessories. I couldnt tell you anything else which is terrible. Very unorganized. And for the little pay who wants to struggle like that?

One of the worst places to work. I have to say that I was thankful for the experience I gained. But they expect you to revolve your life around this place! The management is unorganized and inexperienced. The crazy thing is, this store has potential, if the right people are in place to run it efficiently. Some managers are a little shady and write you up for the most inane things. Your schedule may say you get off at 10, but on a Friday and Saturday night, youre typically there until 12am. Now that the district manager is gone, this store is heading down hill. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work here if theyre in school or working another job. This place will solely consume all of your time!

Customer service fucking suck.I called three days in a row about a order I had shipped there know one never picked up. So today I called and the lady hung up on me when I was asking question about my order. Call back they answer then they put me on hold and aint pick back up. Never will I have anything else shipped there. Ill give it a 0 if I could

This is not Chelsea Cannon this is her mother I experience very poor service they dont answer the phone, Im trying to locate a package that was supposed to take a couple of days, being told that it shipped out so where is it, cause I would like my money back on my card if I cant get the merchandise.
