JCPenney customer service is the worst, I purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer they all were delivered on Sept 16, 2016 the refrigerantor didnt fit correctly they took it back that same day. I have called several times to receive my credit on my JCPenney Credit Card and as of today Oct. the 8 th I still have received my credit, I have been told that JCPenney is waiting on their credit from LG the manufacturer, my question is why do I have to wait I didnt purchase it from LG I purchased it from JCPenneys. I would not recommend buying appliances from JCPenneys the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED.

I was there yesterday, shopping in the womens section, and when I went to purchase my items, there was no cashier to be found, as always. I managed to find one in the bedding department, and when I asked her "could I purchase my items at her register", I was completely ignored. The two customers that she was waiting on answered me, so I know she heard me. I probably would have wanted to look around more but after that I just wanted to get out of there. I managed to buy what I wanted in Sephera, who are always nice and accommodating.

HATE this JCP but I give it 3 stars because its kinda OK. Always seems disorganized. Really hard to get ANY customer service. SLOW SLOW SLOW. Runs good clearance sales but regular sales are a joke. They mark it insanely overpriced regular price then make it "on sale" for regular overpriced. i find stuff usually way lower prices just about everywhere else. I give 3 stars because the clearance sections give good prices.

This location now has appliances. Love that coupons can be used for big ticket items such as furniture and appliances, and you also earn Rewards on those larger items. When you factor in the Rewards, I think the JCP prices are better than any other store.

Tacky and unprofessional signage pointing toward the appliance section. The "wall of shame" should be removed so customers can find the checkout line and so employees can see what is happening in the store. Getting better, but still lots more work to do.

Everytime I get curious why there are brick and mortar stores, I end up in on and I understand. Its been at least a 5 to 10 minute wait in line everytime Im there. This is not the fault of the staff but the customers they have to deal with.

Secret shopping tip: Shop here during local sporting events! Thats right, when the Ravens play, this place is EMPTY!! Easy parking, no lines at the checkout. Helpful employees everywhere!

I had purchased a giftcard that was charged to the wrong account and the manager did everything that he could to correct it. Know the purchase is on the correct card..Kudos
