I just went to this store yesterday looking for new work shoes (Im required to wear black, per the restaurants uniform code. The shoes I had previously completely disintegrated after about 4 months of use). Having never been to a Ross before, I honestly didnt know what to expect, but after being referred by a coworker I decided to give it a shot. God knows Im glad I did. The selection is great (with quality products), its nicely organized (despite, by all appearances, being a bit ratty-looking of a building on the inside), and the staff were very pleasant to interact with and willing to help: not to mention the prices. I went in for shoes, but came out with the shoes and two dresses. I spent $85, but saved $120 (according to the original retail prices shown on the price tags). This is one of those stores where if you see something you like, youd better get it right then because it probably wont be there the next time you visit. I actually bought the ONLY pair of shoes in the entire store that actually fit me (and I can already tell that these are better quality shoes than the ones I had previously). All the same, I will definitely come back soon.

The employee named Toya was very rude and disrespectful towards my family. We bought over $300 worth of clothes and she was too lazy to fold them up neatly and place them in the bag so she balled them up. She was acting very nonchalant and acting like she didnt want to work. The dressing room attendants had attitudes. They need proper training or need to be fired.

Employees where very rude. They werent friendly, or helpful. Clothes are all over the floor. Very dirty place to shop. Service was also very slow. Finding what youre looking for, Is like searching for a needle in a hay stack!
