The staff is fantastic, which is why I gave them 3 stars. The store is so small and so it feels cluttered. When there are rolling racks on the sales floor and customers with strollers it is basically an unshoppable nightmare. You cant get to the items you want without going all the way around the store. Then you still cant access half of what you were looking for anyway. Leaving the mall and downsizing so much was a bad decision on corporates part.

I was soooo impressed with how nice the employees were. As soon as one of them saw me rushing to the door, carrying my sons car seat in the rain, he rushed to open the door for me and helped me get a shopping cart! Thank you guys for making this one of my best shopping experiences with my little guy.

No order to the racks, jeans on the floor in piles. It is like a scavenger hunt for your size, which might be fun for some holds no appeal for me. The staff seems to be overwhelmed but if you need to get clothes for not a lot of money go.

A line of 30+ people and two registers open with employees working slower than molasses. At one point there were 6 employees behind the counter, four of which were just standing there.

They have decent merchandise options. Did not have long lines. Stuff was pleasant and polite. They dont carry enough children clothes. The store is small.
