Im so discussed with Ross not sure I will ever return. Was there at 9:00 a.m. only to find you didnt open until 9:30.my fault of course. Returned at 9:30 and shopped for an hour or maybe hour and a half. My basket was full with approximately 200.00 worth of items only to be told when I reached the register I would not be able to purchase. Not even with cash money. At my age its all I can do to shop for that length of time And then o be told we will not sell these items to you and dont know when we will open again. Ive had it with you people.all suppose to be because a credit card machine was out of whack.

Worst customer service by Meme. She had a disgusted look and was dropping things all over the place...not even a smile or a thank you when I bent over with a carseat in hand. I even helped her out by removing hangers to make the process faster(I had several clothing items and the line was very long). Other than that, i love the items. So that is the only reason why I gave 3 stars.

We just moved and i was buying a bunch of house items we were rushed through checkout and she said we had everything i hinestly should have checked because ,i opened the bags a few days after my visit to find half of the stuff i bought isnt here, we did nit reciev a receipt either.Needless to say i will be going to a different store from now on.

They are good to shop at during the Christmas shopping season, because they have a good selection of headphones, batteries, and cell phone accessories and tools. They have some good selection of clothes, and also household items.

Ross has a great selection of clothes for the entire family. Its prices a very reasonable and always fine something I like. Once you go there you get it.
