There are times that you can get pretty decent clothes for a good price but week by week the prices for household items are getting higher and higher. I asked a clerk who prices this stuff and they said oh, just someone in the back . What do they base thierproces on? Do they think this stuff is worth such high prices . Most people that shop thier are having very hard times feeding and cothing thier childern . Single moms and people that are out of work. These items are donated and should reflect that . Not a profit for someone to pocket. Other places do not charge such high prices, and I know this for a fact because I visit most of them and have donated for 20 years to The Ephrata good will.

Surprisingly I really liked it. Some other good wills I went to sometimes its crowed and people are rude. Mainly city ones, but I really enjoyed this location. The workers are extremely nice and help you. The parking is not bad. The store is roomy for you to walk around and sometimes you find really great deals or items! Like I went and found a huge box full of Mr. Potatoe heads for only I think 15 bucks... and also they are super nice. There was a bag with printed glasses and my husband was just interested in the mayor McCheese ones... and the manager was really super nice and let us just buy those vs paying for all the glass cups. So yea, stop in! :-)

Priced way higher than other goodwills in the area, for example most of the video games at the other stores I frequent are $2 at this location theyre $3 to $5 even for $1 sports titles. I came in this weekend and stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to look at the games in the case and got ingored while the cashier helped people that came to the counter long after I did. I donated stuff a few weekends ago and the employees receiving acted like I was a burden to them. Almost every time I go there I leave frustrated.

Dropped off items, some of which were glass, and the man accepting them took absolutely no care with them at all. He acted as if I were an inconvenience. Probably the most rude reception of any business place Ive been to in quite awhile. Many of my items were hard to part with...a simple thank you would have been nice; I barely got any interaction at all. I donate to the SPCA thrift shop and Goodwill. Ill stick with the SPCA from now on. Wont be shopping there again either.

Just donated about 10 large boxes of quality mens, womens and childrens clothes to this location. I wouldnt have even given this review if it wasnt for the very unhelpful, rude and downright cold young man at the donations center. Look, I get it, you dont like your job but give the donors a little respect and courtesy.

Goodwill is a very nice place to get some great clothing for inexpensive prices, and when you shop there, it also helps the community. They have some brand new items for very inexpensive prices :) I will always support Goodwill by shopping there :)

Lots of used crap priced much higher than it could be purchased new at Target, Walmart or Kmart. Shelves full of broken, recalled toys for your kid to harm him/herself with, and of course they still sell used underwear. I wonder who is buying those?

Very "ehh" not much of a good selection. A lot of it is crammed together in the back. Looked like they had a bunch of junk they bought from china, trying to make a quick buck rather then just going by what is donated.

Goodwill was great until they moved to the new building. Now they are so over priced. Considering the get everything for nothing, it is crazy!! Been there twice, i wont be back.

I love it there i go there every couple weeks they have what i think is good prices.. I bought 3 dresses the other day for $15 thats the price youd pay for 1 anywhere else.

Somewhat limited selection, prices arent bad though. A good amount of books at good prices, but very disorganized, unlike the tidy shelves of ReUzit down the street.

Not really sure what others are talking about but I just bought a nice blazer for an interview, a pair of jeans, converse shoes, and spent $25! I love Goodwill.
