Outstanding customer service from this great company. Experienced severe difficulty in obtaining certain kit here in the UK but this company came up 5 stars in obtaining exactly what I needed and at a very competitive cost including the shipping and import fees into the UK. Items were still cheaper that I could obtain the kit bought in the UK if it were available. Many thanks to Dawn and John for their 1st class customer focused service. Cannot recommend highly enough. Its great doing business with a company that stands behind their products and service. I had a wiring issue inside my heated jacket and instead of repairing the wire, which could have been easily done, John simply replaced the jacket. Outstanding customer service. This is definitely a 5 star company. Looking forward to picking-up some of their new products for this winter riding season. Nick
