Hate to give such a negative review since the doctor himself was great, however, the rest of the staff at this office were horrendous. I ripped my last contact that I had left and called to see if I could get one single sample pack contact (even offered to pay) until I could get an appointment. They told me that they didnt have sample packs and couldnt help me, even though I know they do have sample packs, since thats what they send you home in after your appointment. Not only were they extremely unhelpful, but the secretary that I spoke with continued to laugh and chat with people in the background while talking to me. Would not recommend this location and certainly will not be going back.

Very unprofessional! Got exam done took two weeks to get glasses and when I went to pick them up they had wrong prescription. Could not see a lick. Reordered glasses and took 2 more weeks. They need customer service training 101. They are rude, one dressed like see is at a cookout, one dress like shes at a night club and the other one dressed like she is a hooker. Office is dirty. Glasses just thrown in cases. Had to ask for a case for the glasses I had just brought. They prices are reasonable but the service has a lot to be desired.
