Aweful. Go elsewhere. It has taken three weeks to get glasses. Their lab kept sending the wrong script. After today, it is still WRONG. My husband was told it will be rushed, again. The last rush took a week. It is ludicrous that a pair takes four weeks due to incompetence. Pathetic exuse of a business. Will be pursuing a refund if they are not correct.

A hidden gem. I was shopping for glasses at vision works and my eye doctor and neither had the customer service peepers did. I always need help deciding what frames look good of my face and Craig was so helpful and patient through my "decision process". The doctor was friendly and thorough and I am very happy about my glasses.
