Not only are the receptionists rude to every person who walks through the door, they tend to lose records as well. Ive been going there for years and not once have I had a successful visit. For example, I made an appointment and she had informed me that I havent had an exam since 2013, meaning I needed another one before I ordered contacts. Knowing this wasnt true, I scheduled an exam for the following week anyway. In the meanwhile, I asked the receptionist if she could contact my insurance company to make sure I hadnt had one in 2014 and that I was going crazy or something and she never called and never got back to me. When I got there, I filled out my paperwork and took a seat. After an hour going by of everyone going in and out of their exams (the doctor was late too), I finally asked how long it would take until I went back. The lady then told me that I could not be seen until later in the month since I had one in June of 2014 and that I could not order more contacts until I had another exam. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I DO NOT recommend at all. Rude people, bad service.

First off, I went there early to fill out paper work and for some reason the incompetent staff were not able to find my Vision Coverage information. Finally after waiting a 40 minutes the receptionist told me to take out my contacts at the same time the Optometrist called me to come back. Instead of waiting the 2 seconds it takes to remove contacts he called someone else as I was in the process of taking my contacts out. I looked at the receptionist, who apologized and asked "he cant wait 2 seconds, you just told me now." Then this fat creature in the back (another staff member mumbled) " the Dr. only has a couple seconds." I put my contacts back in and left. I will never return to here again and would recommend no one else go see this Scumbag Optometrist Mark Attman at any of the locations he goes to.

Terrible experience! It took less than 10 minutes for my eye examination without a history taken. I was told my glasses would be ready in 7-10 days as of today October 5, 2016 No glasses.My examination was September 19, 2016. I asked for a refund on my balance and was told 5 business days a check would be mailed out. A check wasnt mailed to them when they recieved the deposit. Very unsatisfied !

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!!! Im currently waiting on the "owner" to call me back now. One thing I dont do is tolerate bad service especially when Im spending money.
