Absolutely awesome customer service! I am a newbie fish owner. They were patient and answered all my questions and was very informative! I was even able to call back with a fish question later...their store was nicely set up. I wish they had more space for more types of fish and that their prices on products (not the fish) were more competitive to to other stores such as Walmart but other than that I am very satisfied!
