There are two parts to this place. 1. The self-service part IS wonderful. They do give you everything you need at a good price. 5 stars for that. 2. The grooming business. ZERO stars. We took our OES in recently and the results were laughable. I would expect to see a certificate on the wall from the Stevie Wonder School of Grooming. He looked like they put him in a wood chipper. I had to tell people he was on chemotherapy to explain the results. These are VERY nice people. But they stink at grooming a challenging breed like our sheep dog. Do it yourself? Great. Otherwise... Buy some hedge clippers. Youll be happier with the results. JM.

I just love Happy tails! I have used the Self -Serv Dog Wash and it is terrific. They supply everything you could need. My Wheaton Terrier, Duncan, is a hand full and when I wash him there it is much less stressful than at home. I also bring my dogs every 8 weeks to Happy Tails for grooming. Kathy is amazing. Just love the staff there! Highly recommend this place!

Always take my dogs to the self-serve wash since one is very timid and his health is fragile. It is very clean and all supplies are provided. The staff members always trim my dogs nails for a small fee when asked. They also have an amazing dog walking service that goes above and beyond when it comes to convenience and pet care.

Kathy, our dogs groomer, is fabulous and so is everyone else there. Weve been bringing our dog there for 2 years. I recommend Happy Tails to every dog owner we run in to on our walks in W Barnstable Conservation Area. You & your dog will be hapoy if you chose Haloy Tails.
