I had been very disappointed with the glasses I had purchased from a Mall store and decided to go somewhere else. I chose VIP Eyes which I had found on the internet. I arrived on a stormy, rainy day and was the first customer in the store. I was greeted by Constance who was my sales person that morning. I explained what I had wanted, and she very professionally walked me through my choices She made some suggestions about a set of glasses for reading and a set for my computer, which made a lot of sense for my usage and then she took my order. The order came in two days early and are absolutely perfect. When I picked them up, I met the owner of the store who told me a little bit of its history and gave me a very good feeling about using VIP Eyes for my optical needs. Check this store out. You will be glad you did. Its a real find for me.

The owner of this establishment is extremely honest and has very reasonable prices. I originally went to Pro Vision in the Maine mall and the cheapest option was 270 dollars for lenses and frames. Discouraged, I called almost every eyeglass store in Portland and this place had the most reasonable prices. Immediately upon entering the store, the owner greeted me and personally helped me try on glasses. He was very patient with me and probably brought me 50 pairs of glasses to try on to narrow down the exact type I wanted. The owner actually pushed me away from spending more money on glasses as he talked me out of getting anti-glare coating on the lenses due to my young age, which the Pro Vision sales rep. told me was vital. Will definitely buy from again.

I have been dealing with Todd and company for years and years , have introduced at least a dozen friends and in all that time never had a bad experience. FACT !! If something wasnt perfect it was fixed immediately. One time I asked for a certain frame and Constance said "Wait a second" she came back with a very similar one that was half the price of the first one-thats service. Id give them a 10 star rating.

My daughter started wearing glasses in 1987. We went to VIP Eyes on a recomadation. The customer service, prices and quality of the glasses are great.The owner is in the store most of the time. I wear progressives and VIP Eyes are way below competiers, and VIP takes my insurance. Keep up the good work everyone at VIP Eyes.

These guys are the best. I bought a pair of prescription safety glasses there a couple years ago and they broke (probably just normal wear and tear). I had the parts and they fixed em for me at no charge. You dont find service like that much these days.
