The staff at Aubuchon answered all my questions courteously and thoroughly. They are very friendly as well as knowledgeable. The store is clean and well-stocked with a good range of items in each category. They carry premium pet foods, which is great for a small town. The best part: Im new to the area, I dont know anyone, and I dont have a car. I rely on cabs for transport. I had to make a huge purchase of dog food, cat food, and another large item. I already had a cart full of purchases from another store, and still had more shopping to do. These lovely folks allowed me to leave my packages in their store while I finished shopping. They also helped me load my things into the cab--including items Id bought at other stores! I wish all businesses were as courteous and service-oriented as Aubuchon Hardware.

They will surprise you with some odd ball items they carry! I have found things here in stock that Home Depot does not even carry. You will pay extra but sometimes you just need the product and it is worth it. They do have good sale prices though. Staff is friendly and helpful when they are in a good mood but we all are gnarly at times lol.

A well stocked store for most hardware items and assorted, unexpected items. They are generally friendly but it depends upon who waits on you. The same thing goes with their own knowledge of what they carry, and advice on how to use items. Worst thing? They are really quite pricey!
