I called this store ten minutes after leaving the store to inform them that the orange juice I had just bought was expired. I didnt want any form of reimbursement, I just wanted to let them know that, for their customers safety, they should consider checking their cooler stock. The lady who answered, however, was anything but helpful and she replied only with a lengthy and unwelcoming sigh. After several seconds of her annoyed exhale, she said "ya well do that" and let the phone call drop. There was no apology, no thank you for bringing this to our attention, nothing but a sigh. Customer service at this location, along with their orange juice, has expired.

We have always shopped at Broadway Hardware and are always satisfied with what we buy from them. They always have a good selection of items however sometimes because of its size it doesnt have everything. During the winter they have plenty of snow removal items and during the spring/summer they have a good selection of gardening tools. Overall its a good place to go to if you need a small thing and dont want to have to navigate through Home Depot
