I will never use Quality Jewelers again. I went to them because they seemed like a smaller company and I would rather support small businesses. I had to have a diamond replaced in my ring so dropped it off. They gave me a date to pick it up and I waited a couple of extra days after the given date to make sure they had plenty of time, and they told me it hadnt even been looked at yet! We were going away on a trip for 2 weeks so I said, never mind-Ill get it when we come back. I called to be sure it would be done and my husband went in to pick it up a day after they said it would be ready. Now, it was STILL at the other office where the repairs had been done. So, they told my husband to come back in 2 more hours and they would go and get it and have it back. I am still waiting. Lets hope I actually see it in two hours! I am starting to wonder if I will ever get it back! These people are totally incompetent, and I would highly recommend going elsewhere-maybe to a big box store. They, at least, have an established reputation to uphold, so Im thinking this kind of monkey business wouldnt fly with them!

Got my wedding dress it came at a price Quality Jewelers decided to tow my car.There were no avl. spaces for me other than the one in front of the sign with the arrow pointing left that it would mean everything left of my car I guess not. I was going to make a quick and easy buy by going there for my bands but I guess Ill look else where wow people have nothing better to do than ruin someones day not to mention when asking the woman who towed my car she was rude and told me the wrong company.. also the tow people said she had stated my car was covered in snow which was not true.... be ware henrys bridal customers this company only cares about you when you show them the money... they are far from understanding 60 dollars later I have my car I could have put that money toward my dress but no I have to pay for a space that that store didnt even need... they stated the "manager had gone home because it was so slow" well then I guess you dont need 10 spaces... I would like to recommend J B Robinson Jewlers in the Bangor Mall they take the time to learn your name and treat you like a person not a dollar sign....

Quality Jewelers - my latest awesome experience 9/24/2014 In speaking with a very busy Sonny on the phone, he took the time to answer all my questions, offered me options and solutions then left it up to me without any pressure or a rushed feeling. He even invited me to come down and check out what we discussed. Later on I arrived at an always hopping shop at 57 Washington St, Bangor where Barbette assisted me. She made me feel like I was the only person there. Hell, I didn’t really know what I wanted. Her full attention was on me. She was patient and clear; listened and understood. She was a rock star! I can’t say enough about the Quality of staff and the fantastic Jewelers they employ! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I wanted to say that I had "quality" customer service in my experience at Quality Jewelers. Courtney is the best Customer Service person I’ve ever met. Ive been in CS for years and I appreciate a good CS person. I am not a "jewelry" type person. I went in because I needed points put my diamond ring. She patiently showed me the importance of having both my wedding band and the ring attached. I also needed a new clasp on my gold necklace. And later when I came back unhappy with the clasp, she graciously looked at it, and had it fixed on the spot. IF I WERE able to buy more jewelry, I would definitely go to Quality Jewelers and ask for Courtney. I certainly will tell my friends. Debbie Falkenburg

My experience with Quality Jewelers has always been the best, I will always buy my jewelry from them as long as they are there, and I would also HIGHLY recommend anybody to please go see Sonny first before you shop anywhere else I guarantee you, you will not regret it or be disappointed. The entire staff is wonderful, although I have my 2 favorite. My husband just bought me a beautiful diamond ring for our 1st anniversary and they always put their customers high up on pedestal, and take care of anything you may need done. They also do inhouse sizing for you right there, same day.

I agree with the crappy service. The lady at the front counter was very rude and didnt care about anything but money. She apparently has nothing better to do than make everyones life hell. My advice is to go to Jimis Trading Center @ 153 State Street in Brewer. They are very friendly and treat their customers with respect. They give you the best deals and dont look at you like a dollar sign when you walk through the door.

Good service, nice selection. When my husband was picking out my engagement ring, they worked with him quite a lot to customize the setting so that it was smoother, and less likely to catch on things. The staff has been more than helpful in maintaining my rings, even after my puppy chewed on the engagement band. Ive been back to purchase gifts, and a little something for myself too.

these poeple are the best in the biesness, they took great care of me, took my wifes mothers ring that me and my sons bought her and fixed it up better then the first place that i bought it at, if you ever need any kind ofjewerywear done please take the time and go here, just the best all around!!!!

Awesome service. The best in town. Very professional and know what they are doing. I have a very nice ring and need sizing. I was concerned about the stones. They fully serviced the 20 year old ring. Looks like it belongs in the case! Thank you guys.
