My fiance and I bought my engagement ring here a year ago. The company had different name then but still run by Atto. The owner is a honest helpful jeweler. We have never felt pressured to buy anything and he is very helpful with information on pieces. I bought a 1920s Edwardian platinum diamond engagement ring and it is BEAUTIFUL. Atto sized it for me in under a week. We went back last month to look for a wedding band. Atto had a large selection and helped me find a beautiful ring from the same time period as my engagement ring. He sized it in just a few days and I picked it up. I also dropped off a vintage ring of my grandmothers that needed to be resized and have the shank replaced. He gave me a fair price and will, I am sure, do beautiful work. I have been very pleased everytime I come here. It is not easy to find a trustworthy jeweler, I am very selective. I plan to return here for any future jewelry, he has a gorgeous collection. Wonderful all around.

The customer service I have received has been unparalleled. Courtney in particular has been patient and informative - I am so impressed with her tact and integrity; she is truly concerned with making sure I select the right piece for me and my lifestyle. I fell in love with a piece that might not be practical for everyday wear, and instead of pushing for the sale her focus was on whether or not the piece would suit my needs. As an international customer, this is so considerate of my needs! Return shipping would end up being costly for me. (In fact, Courtney and Nicole looked into various shipping options for me and it was really nice of them to investigate what might be best.) Thank you Attos for the best service in Maine! My husband and I have worked with Attos numerous times for custom made unique jewelry. They impressed us the most with my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Attos was able to create exactly what we wanted and provided us the best price around. When my husband (then boyfriend) started looking for an engagement ring, he went to Attos and described to him his ideas and vision. About 6 months later when he came back to make the purchase, Attos had already purchased a beautiful high quality diamond (as he said it was a great deal at the time) in preparation. He offered me a fair price on all my items, and he was so earnest and forthcoming about the way he derives his pricing that I decided to accept his offer on the spot. Attos Jewelry is a beautiful store, with elegant pieces. I sold two estate rings to Mr. Attos and was given a generous price. The transaction was professional, thorough, and very satisfying. I feel as though my rings will be given the treatment they deserve. I would definitely go back, whether to shop or sell. I went to the estate jeweler right down the street on the opposite side (which I wont name but that should tell you) with three rings to sell, and was offered $140 after he weighed them, so I got the impression he was only paying me for the gold (if that even) when these rings had diamonds and rubies. So I went to Attos and he gave me $650 for the same rings! So yes I would say they are honest and I really appreciated that he did that for me. And they have some stunning pieces there.

I called Attos because I had received a ring from an online order that was bent and I did not have the tools to repair it. The owner was incredibly helpful and offered the reshape the ring for free!
