I wouldnt recommend this store to any of my friends or family! I went in to the store about a month ago to get an estimate as to how much it would cost to take the diamonds from my heirloom ring and have them set into a new white gold setting adding some smaller diamonds ( also mine from another ring) I needed to add 1 small diamond to make it even on both sides. I picked out a setting that I liked and was quoted a price of 700 dollars. I also went to another jeweler to get a second estimate ( they came in at 1000) so decided to go back to Kays! When I went back the price had jumped up to 1400! I told them that wasnt what I was quoted...We finally came to an agreement at 1009 dollars. I put 500 down and told them my husband would pick it up for me before Christmas! When my husband goes to pick it up....They charge him an extra 139.90 !!! So I call them and they tell me the person must have made a mistake and if I come back in they will refund my money!! They are scam artists in my opinion!! I will never go back to do business with them again! My co workers at the Blaine House couldnt believe how they did business and wont be going to do business there either!!

Hated it might be a flattering review and I usually do not write negative reviews but I have had it. On February 19th I went into the store and wanted the battery replaced in my Bulova watch. The salesperson truly struggled with it for over half an hour and there was a lot of banging when he was trying to remove the rear cover. Another associate finally helped and the battery was changed and I was on my way. The watch then stopped working. The second hand kept walking around but the time or date did not change. I then noticed scratches and sharp gouges. I brought it back on February 20th, complained and was told they would send it to Bulova for an oil and cleaning since it was all that was needed. I was told it would take 3 weeks. Well, today is March 25th, and I still do not have my watch. When I called last week I was told that yes, they just spoke to Bulova and I would have my watch this week. Really, the suspense is killing me. 5 weeks for a cleaning!!! All because their sales associate was incompetent and ruined my watch while changing the battery! I will never go back there again (after I receive my watch that is).
