I dont usually shop here, but I went here today to buy some sheets I needed in a pinch. Ended up picking up some other stuff I wanted. I had a cart full of things. I needed the cart to carry it all out to my car. I was told that I couldnt take the cart out the door but I could leave my things on the curb. Customer service here is horrible (note: no one offer to help me out to my car). Why bother providing a service or a product if you are not going to provide a way for the customer to get that product out your store door? Ross policy, is obviously, once youve made the purchase, the customer service ends there. Had I been informed of their cart policy before I walked into the store, I probably would have gone to the Target next door instead. I WOULD NOT suggest you shop here or at any Ross stores ever, as it seems to be a corporate policy according to the manager, who I went back in and talked to (after dropping my things in the parking lot multiple times -- thanks to the family who helped me carry my stuff to my car!)

This location is not the cleanliest one I have been too, but I font expect much from Ross to be honest. You most likely will jot be offered assistance on the floor however if you ask you shall receive. The checkout staff seems very friendly and eill engage in conversation with you. Not a very big collection of anything but clothing. I use this place as a last resort. If you are not looking for something specific, though, try here.

I had an unfavorable experience at your location today. The details dont matter, but an employee was extremely rude. I decided to let the manager know on my way out, and tell him I wasnt buying the basket full of stuff I had and that I wouldnt be back (I shop there once or twice a week) - he was so very kind about the situation that it melted my anger away. Dont know his name, but just wanted to say hes doing a good job.

Good to browse here. It seems though that theyre not well-stocked for some categories. But its still much better than some of the Ross stores Ive been to. Although when it comes time to pay, like the other Ross stores, they lack enough cashiers so you wait in a very long, long line so much so that the three times Ive been here, I had to rethink my purchase. And all those times, I left without purchasing anything.

Ross has the best prices and a really cool selection of items. I shop for everything from purses and shoes here to car accessories and household goods. My only suggestion is more registers open so lines arent so long amd let customers bring buggy to the car. It is too hard to carry hundreds of dollars worth of merch to the car.

There are tons of discounted items to choose from but the lines are always long. Dont ever plan to just "run in" to grab something because youll likely have a long wait after you find what youre looking for. Its a large store and pretty well organized though.

The line to pay is crazy , it went from the registers all the around almost to the exit door, they have like 4 cashiers took me over 30 min to get half way, i ended up leaving.
